Hello and thank you for visiting. I offer clinical counseling, somatic therapy, trauma informed care. I work with burnout, ADHD, autism, high anxiety, childhood trauma, child development, Pregnant and post-partume mothers.
I began my clinical work while completing my Master’s degree, supporting children and families through early intervention, detection, and rehabilitation in schools, institutions, and daycares.
My career started in Lebanon, where I ran three private offices across different cities before moving to the UAE in 2011. There, I expanded my skills in special abilities and mental health clinics and had the opportunity to set up and lead clinical departments. Working with professionals and families from many cultural backgrounds deepened my understanding of how the human mind develops and interacts within its environment.
Since moving to Canada, I have collaborated with non-profit organizations and the Francophone school board while maintaining a private practice. I began my work in Downtown Vancouver and Kitsilano, and I am now based in Marpole.
I offer therapy in French, Arabic, and English, helping individuals build a positive self-image and emotional balance. With over 20 years of clinical experience, I work with clients of all ages, supporting those experiencing psychomotor challenges, sensory and emotional regulation issues, neurodivergence, depression, anxiety, trauma, and identity struggles.
Born and raised in Byblos, Lebanon, one of the world’s oldest cities and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, I now call Vancouver home. Outside of work, I’m an advocate for environmental and human rights causes. I also enjoy hiking, foraging, paddling, writing, cooking, creating art, and taking time to rest and reconnect.
